For the strawberry-pineapple pancakes, beat the eggs and mix well in a bowl. Add the milk and fold in the flour with the salt. Heat some oil in a frying pan and, using a ladle, pour the batter in portions into the hot pan.

Fry on both sides and then set aside. If the batter does not release easily, drizzle a few drops of the oil on the edge of the pancake. Wash the strawberries, remove the greens and cut them into quarters. Open the can of pineapple and strain it.

Spread the finished pancakes with a little jam and roll them up. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with the strawberry sauce. Place the strawberry and pineapple pieces as decoration on the plate next to the strawberry-pineapple pancakes.
