Makes 6 servings for portion desserts with a diameter of 7 cm The trick: Arrange the tiramisu in whiskey glasses, better yet in large burgundy glasses! Preparation: 1. Temper mascarpone in a mug to room temperature, soak gelatin in cold water. Heat the syrup on the stove. Let the gelatine melt in it and stir it into the mascarpone. Carefully stir in half whipped cream, first 1/3, then the rest. Now stir in stiffly beaten egg whites with sugar.

Soak the gelatine for the strawberry puree in cold water. Heat powdered sugar with juice of one lemon, let gelatine melt in it. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of strawberry puree, stir until smooth, then stir into the remaining puree. Add Grand Marnier.

Pour a small amount of mascarpone cream into the serving glasses at the beginning. Dip sponge slices into the strawberry puree so that they really soak up. Next, put in the well soaked sponge cake. Again, put in a tiny bit of cream, put a base on top. Finish with the cream.

4. finally, spread the tiramisu with the remaining puree, sprinkle with powdered sugar and bring to the table. Tip: Make the woodruff syrup yourself.
