For the stuffed baguette, cut the baguettes a few times widthwise, but do not cut through. Chop the sausage or ham into small pieces.

Cream butter, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper and stir in chopped sausage. Spread sausage butter into the spaces between the baguettes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the stuffed baguette at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
