Rinse apples and rub dry, remove core from halved apples with a Parisienne corer. Sprinkle them with the juice of one lemon.

Quarter walnuts, caramelize with butter and honey in a frying pan.

Place the prepared apple halves on a baking tray and roast in the oven heated to 200 °C for 10 to 15 min. Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Stir vanilla ice cream with ground cinnamon until creamy. Remove baked apples from the oven. Portion cinnamon ice cream into the bulge and sprinkle hot nuts on top. Decorate with whipped cream.

Sprinkle a little powdered sugar over the arranged dessert plate.
