For the bell pepper monsters, mix minced meat, egg, sliced and sauteed onion, half-cooked rice, crushed garlic, herbs, salt and pepper.

Cut off the tops (with the twig) and set aside. Take out the core and cut scary or funny faces into the peppers.

Fill the peppers with mince and place them upright in a baking dish. Mix the vegetable soup with tomato-basil sauce.

Pour it over the stuffed peppers and put them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the stuffed bell pepper monsters for about 40 minutes, then take them out and place them on the plate.

Pour tomato-basil sauce over them and place the previously cut off top parts of the peppers on top as hats.

Serve the stuffed bell pepper monsters.
