Instructions:

Fry the diced smoked bacon, fry the chopped onion, sprinkle with paprika, add the sauerkraut, peppers and tomatoes.

Fry the slices of meat in hot oil, place a sauerkraut leaf, a piece of sausage and meat sticks prepared from the seasoned minced meat on each slice. (The meat is seasoned with grated onion, salt, paprika and bell pepper).

Everything is wrapped in the cabbage leaf and tied with twine.

The sauerkraut is placed on top and steamed until soft.

Before serving, the sauerkraut is placed at the bottom of the baking dish, and the stuffed cabbage leaves are placed on top, with the twine removed. Pour sour whipped cream over it and serve.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
