For the stuffed chicken breast with broccoli, first wash the broccoli, divide into florets and place briefly in boiling water (blanch). Rinse in ice water and cut the florets into thin slices.

Cut the mozzarella into slices. Trim the chicken breasts and cut a pocket lengthwise (do not cut through). Rub all sides, including inside, with salt and pepper. Stuff the chicken breasts with mozzarella and broccoli. Close with a toothpick.

Heat oil in a skillet and brown meat in it on all sides. Lift out chicken breasts and deglaze the frying residue with soup. Bind with cold butter flakes and season with salt, pepper and marjoram.

Serve stuffed chicken breasts with broccoli.
