Instructions:

First, peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Heat oil and fry onion in it. Add minced meat and fry until hot.

Add tomatoes and beef broth and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and serve the sugo as desired.
