For the sunflower bread, mix all ingredients into a dough, let the dough rise until doubled in volume.
Then knead well again with your hands and place the dough in a raffia bread basket. Bake at 200 °C top-bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
Remove the bread from the basket and bake on the tray for about 30 minutes. Put a bowl with water in the oven.
After baking, sprinkle the sunflower bread with water and let it cool.
