For sweet mushrooms, knead egg whites, sugar and almonds until smooth. Divide the mass into two halves. Mix the grated chocolate with one half. Form a stalk from the white mixture and a cap from the dark mixture. Put the stalk and the cap together with egg white and let the sweet mushrooms dry in the warm air.
