Instructions:

For the table slices, knead all the ingredients for the dough. Divide into 5 parts and bake one after the other on a baking tray at 170 °C until light.

Bring all the ingredients for the cream to the boil, stirring constantly, and allow to cool. Coat the dough sheets and lay them on top of each other to form table slices.
