A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onions and garlic for 5 min. Add liver, kitchen herbs and mushrooms and roast until liver is lightly browned. Add wine and clear soup and season heartily. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes. In the meantime, make the tagliatelle “al dente” in enough salted water. Drain well and place in a warmed serving dish. Add the sauce, mix well and serve immediately.
