Sift the flour and cornflour into a large enough bowl, crumble the yeast into an indentation in the middle and stir through with some of the lukewarm milk and a little flour and cornflour. Spread the softened fat in flakes and sugar evenly on the rim of the flour. After the pre-dough has risen, knead everything together with eggs, grated lemon zest and vanilla sugar, roll out the dough, wheel out triangles and rise. Bake the dough pieces floating in hot fat, drain and turn in sugar to the other side.
