1. garlic, tamarind turmeric, curry powder, concentrate, juice of one lemon and

2. coat both sides of fish steaks with herb mixture and place in a shallow ovenproof dish.
Place in a shallow oven-proof dish. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. heat the oil in a frying pan. Cook the fish steaks a tiny bit on each side for 2
min on each side. Pour in coconut milk, cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 min.
