Mushrooms with chili and garlic: Finely slice the garlic, remove the seeds from the chili peppers and cut into rings. all together with the cleaned mushrooms in enough hot olive oil form and cook for about 15 min. at moderate temperature. Next, extinguish with brandy and season with salt.

Serve sprinkled with parsley.

Tortilla: Peel the potatoes and slice them. Roast them in a frying pan with olive oil for about 20 min on medium heat with a lid, until they are cooked. After 10 min add the onions. Mix the eggs and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Pour over the potatoes and fry. Then turn to the other side and fry until golden brown. If you like, you can also fry garlic.

Pan con Paradeiser: Toast the bread in the oven or in the toaster. Then rub it first with the garlic clove and then with the ripe tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with olives and Serrano ham.

Queso frito: Cut the feta cheese into 4 slices. Season with the garlic pressed through, thyme and black pepper. Next, turn first in flour and then in the beaten egg with egg yolk on the other side. Fry in hot oil on both sides.
