Thai Fish with Rice Noodles

Instructions:

A great noodle dish for any occasion:

Place fish cubes in a large bowl, mash coconut milk up and with cilantro, pour over fish, mix. Cover and marinate in refrigerator in about One hour.

Remove fish, drain, set marinade aside.

Preheat stove to 60 degrees, plate and plate.

Heat oil in a coated pan until hot, reduce temperature, roast fish in batches about two min, remove, season with salt, keep warm.
