Instructions:

Flour in a Weitling form, milk and light butter warm up lukewarm. Stir 1 package of yeast with salt and sugar in a cup until liquid.

Knead all ingredients with a dough hook or by hand to a loose dough, let rise for half an hour in a warm place.

Make 1 round loaf, cut in a ray shape and brush with egg yolk and bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees .
