For tiramisu tartlets without egg, whisk creme fraiche, milk and sugar until smooth, add mascarpone and continue to whisk until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cream.

Dip the biscuits in coffee on both sides, place in a baking dish and cover with cream. Repeat the process. Then place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to rest.

Cut tiramisu tartlets without egg into small pieces, sprinkle with cocoa powder and decorate with raspberries just before serving.
