Instructions:

For the Toblerone pluck cake, first make the yeast dough. Sift the spelt flour into a large bowl, add a pinch of salt and mix well.

Make a well in the center and crumble the fresh yeast into it. Make a dampfl with 1 tsp sugar and some lukewarm milk and let it rise. After the rising time, mix with the remaining ingredients (egg, oil, remaining lukewarm milk and rum) and let the dough rest again in a warm place.

Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for the filling and the sauce. For the sauce, mix melted butter, cinnamon and cane sugar together until nice and creamy. Grease a shallow baking dish or cake pan and sprinkle the almonds on the bottom.

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Now divide the yeast dough into equal pieces. Flatten one piece at a time, put in 1 piece of Toblerone and some cream cheese and shape or twist into a ball. Place in the greased mold sprinkled with almonds.

Repeat this process with all the remaining pieces. Finally, pour the sauce over the top. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest in the pan for 10 minutes. Enjoy the Toblerone cake while it is still warm.
