Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Crumble tofu. Rinse carrots, remove peel and grate coarsely.

Saute diced onion and garlic with carrots in hot oil for about 4 minutes until soft. Mix yeast flakes, tofu, parsley, egg yolk and cooled carrots, season. Form about 30 balls from the dough. Roll balls in beaten egg at the beginning, then in oat flakes and bake in portions in hot oil for about 4 minutes. Drain on kitchen roll.

Garnish with parsley if desired.

Serve with tomato vegetables.
