For the dip:






Instructions:

To make the granola crusted tofu, mash the tofu and eggs in a bowl with your hands.

Cut the onion into strips and the radish into small cubes, then mix both with the muesli under the tofu.

Let the muesli swell for 10 minutes and then season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and the grated fruit.

Shape into loaves with wet hands, and fry the granola crusted tofu loaves in a hot pan or in the oven.

For the peanut butter pumpkin seed dip, mix the peanut butter and pumpkin seeds, season well with soy sauce and sesame oil.

Serve the tofu patties with granola crust and peanut butter pumpkin seed dip with fresh salad.
