Heat oil, saute onion and garui until soft, add toamatillos for 5 min, Anaheim Chile and chicken soup, bring to a boil, simmer for 10-15 min. Mash with jalapeno, lime juice and cilantro. Season to taste. Divide soup evenly among 6 soup plates, drizzle sour cream or crème fraiche over and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.
