For the tomato and minced meat casserole, peel onion, cut in half and into strips and sauté. Cut the raw ham into sticks and fry them as well.

Now fry the minced meat, season with paprika powder, salt, pepper and cumin. Peel and chop the garlic, fry briefly, then place the mince in an ovenproof casserole dish.

Slice the mozzarella and spread on the mince. For the cream, mix all the ingredients together. Spread half of the cream on the mozzarella.

Then spread the raw ham sticks and the roasted onion strips on top. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices, spread them with the small pickles on the cheese.

Now spread the remaining cream and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 °C. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
