Sauté the onion cubes in a little oil, then add the paradeis pulp and fry lightly. Add the canned tomatoes and the orange juice. Bring everything to a boil once and whisk with a blender. Then add all the spices to taste.

Peel 2 cloves of Chinese garlic and cut them into slices, fry them lightly in a little bit of canola oil and dab them on a kitchen towel. Season with a tiny bit of sea salt with salt and keep warm in the stove at 140 degrees.

Heat cherry tomatoes in a little olive oil until they burst open slightly and arrange the whole thing on warm plates.
