For the tomato and feta cheese rolls, cut the rolls in half and brush with olive oil. (The rolls should already be cooled.) Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin slices.

Crumble the feta cheese into small cubes. Top the rolls with the tomato slices and feta cheese. Sprinkle with Greek seasoning or pizza seasoning to taste.

Place in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, top with the arugula and bake for another 5 minutes.
