For baked tortilla chips with minced meat, first line a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the minced meat. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper. Stir in the tomato paste. Add a little water if needed. Then add the beans and corn.

Spread the tortilla chips on the baking sheet, top with the mince. Then empty the salsa over it and sprinkle everything with the cheese. Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Serve the baked tortilla chips with minced meat.
