Instructions:

Knead the ingredients together to form a dry dough. Tear into pieces and roll out on a floured board into small patties. Bake briefly without fat in a frying pan – 1 minute per side is enough!

Tostados When baked in a tiny bit of fat, the tortilla becomes a crispy tostado that you eat like tortillas – so then “Tex- Mex toast”.

Go great with chili stews and ragouts.
