For the tortillas raclette, first cut the beef into fine strips.

Mix the spices with a little olive oil. Marinate the meat in it for about 30 minutes.

Grate the cheese.

Cut the chilies and onions into rings. Cut the bell bell pepper into small cubes.

Place tortillas, corn, peppers, chopped chilies and onions in bowls.

Grill meat briefly on griddle.

Add ingredients to the pan as desired. Add tortillas and dip.

Sprinkle tortillas raclette with cheese. Bake the pan in the raclette.
