Try this delicious cake recipe:
Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Mix in the cooled butter. Mix the flour with baking powder, add together with the milk.
Fill a buttered baking dish (24 cm ø) with the dough and bake at 200-225 °C, convection oven 180-200 °C.
For the glaze, bring all the ingredients to the boil in a small saucepan.
Remove the barely baked cake from the stove, brush it with the glaze and place it in the stove again. Bake until the glaze is a nice brown color.
If you want, you can double the amount of glaze.
