Instructions:

Lightly roast tree nuts (walnuts) with a little sugar.

Beat eggs, egg yolks and sugar and half of the gin in a water bath until warm. Add the other half of the gin and whip everything together until cooled.

Fold in the tree nuts and the whipped cream. Pour into a suitable mold and freeze for about six hours.
