For the tuna spaghetti in garlic sauce, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Meanwhile, melt the tuna with garlic butter in a pan and add 2 cloves of fresh garlic. Mix the whole with 250 ml of whipped cream, add about 50 g of Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
