For the turkey-banana curry, finely dice the onion and fry in hot oil with the carrot cubes and the yellow beet cubes. Add the turkey cutlets and fry.

Add curry powder and salt. Deglaze with coconut milk. Slice both bananas separately. Now mix in the ripe banana, as well as the parsley leaves.

Cook everything properly for about 10 minutes. Just before serving, add the firm banana pieces and serve the turkey-banana curry.
