Instructions:

For the turkey cutlets, first prepare the rice according to package directions.

Cut the carrots and zucchini into thin slices and dice the peppers.

Put some oil in the hot air fryer. Put the carrots in first and cook for 5 minutes, then add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the peeled garlic and the peeled onion cut into small cubes. Cut the turkey fillet into strips and put them in the hot air fryer as well.

Mix the cornflour with the wine and vinegar and pour over the turkey. Let it cook for another 10 minutes.

Then add crème fraîche and season with paprika, salt and pepper.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve the turkey with the rice.
