For the turkey escalopes with tomatoes and capers, rinse the escalopes, pat dry, salt, pepper and coat in flour.

Wash and chop the tomatoes, as well as the onion and parsley. Drain the capers. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the cutlets in it for 3-4 minutes on each side, remove and keep warm.

Melt the butter in the pan. Add the onion and saute, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes, add capers, parsley.

Deglaze with vinegar and soup, add salt and pepper. Return the meat to the pan, heat briefly. It goes very well with white bread.
