For the turkey rolls with spinach stuffing, chop the onion and fry in oil, add washed spinach leaves. Then let it cool down and squeeze it.

Cut the turkey meat into long pieces, season with salt and pepper. Place about three slices of bacon next to each other and lay the meat on top. Mix cream cheese with finely chopped herbs and spread on the meat.

Spread spinach leaves on the meat as well. Roll up meat and secure with a lard pin. Fry well on medium heat, add water and let it steam. Serve the turkey rolls with spinach stuffing.
