For the turkey skewers with sugar snap peas, first blanch the sugar snap peas until firm to the bite and rinse them to make them easier to bend.

Pat the turkey meat dry, trim and cut into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper (other seasonings to taste).

Thread one end of a snow pea onto the skewer, then thread a meat cube onto it and then pierce the other end of the snow pea. Thread 4 sugar snap peas and 4 meat cubes per skewer.

Brush with a little oil and cook the turkey skewers with sugar snap peas on the grill or in a pan.
