Instructions:

Sauté the onions in the oil and add the meat.

Add the garlic and the spices. Sprinkle the soup powder and pour water. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Mix in the diced melanzani and peppers and continue to simmer.

After another 10 minutes, stir in the diced zucchini and tomatoes and cook until almost tender. However, the vegetables should not overcook.

Season the ratatouille again with salt and remove the bay leaf.
