Instructions:

Lightly fry the finely chopped onions, diced carrots and celery in light butter. Pour the beef broth and let it boil. Add the diced potatoes, finely chopped leek rings, peeled and finely chopped tomatoes and washed long grain rice. Continue to cook the vegetables and the long grain rice until they are done. Before serving, sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top.
