Fry bacon cubes in a coated pan and let cool. Cream margarine and gradually stir in egg yolks, season with salt and pepper. Mix in bacon cubes, pine nuts and tomato pieces. Slowly stir in the milk. Beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff and fold into the margarine mixture. Season with salt, oregano and pepper. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool briefly, turn out, let cool and cut into 4 x 2 cm rectangles.
