Bruschetta with peppers, capers and Nuri sardines:










Instructions:

Halve the fennel and cut into thin slices.

Peel the oranges, divide them and cut into cubes.

Put the fennel and oranges in a bowl and season with Nuri olive oil, salt and pepper.

Slice the baguette and toast it.

Spread the mixture on the toasted slices of white bread and top with a Nuri Sardine.

Garnish bruschetta with a drizzle of Nuri olive oil and orange zest.

Place the peppers whole on a baking tray and roast in the oven at 200° for about 20 minutes (turn once after 10 min).

Then place peppers in a freezer bag and let rest for about 10 minutes.

Peel the peppers and cut them into strips.

Peel garlic clove and cut into slices.

Mix the peppers, garlic, Nuri olive oil, salt, pepper and capers in a bowl.

Slice the baguette and toast it.

Spread the mixture on the toasted slices of white bread and top with a Nuri Sardine.

Garnish bruschetta with a drizzle of Nuri olive oil and capers.
