Pour hot milk over bread rolls or white bread and soak. Mix well with egg, chopped parsley, salt and nutmeg. Season to taste.

Fry the bacon in small cubes and add to the mixture. Form four thick dumplings. Leave to stand in the soup for 20 minutes.
