Instructions:

Peel the cucumber and grate on a coarse grater on a napkin and squeeze to remove the escaping juice.

Put the yogurt in a large enough bowl, add the grated cucumber and the crushed garlic cloves and mix well. Add the oil, a little salt and a few drops of lemon juice and stir again. Refrigerate for a while and serve well chilled.
