Instructions:

Heat the milk and mix in the cornmeal, swell on the kitchen stove over very low heat for 20 min, stirring frequently. Grease a large ovenproof dish, preheat stove to 150 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except the cold milk, well with the corn porridge and pour into the mold. Pour the cold milk on top.

Bake the pudding for about 120 minutes, until it is set overall but still a tiny bit wet on top. Cool for 30 min. and serve with berries or whipped cream.
