Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Flatten turkey cutlets, season with pepper. Fry in half of the butter on both sides for about 2 min., season with salt and place them next to each other in a greased gratin dish. Chop onion finely, cut mushrooms into thin slices. Saute onion in remaining butter until soft, add mushrooms and roast until all liquid has evaporated. Add crème fraîche and white wine and simmer briefly.

Season mushroom mixture with salt and pepper and spread on cutlets form. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Put sliced tomatoes on top, season with salt and pepper.

Bake in a heated oven at about 180-200 degrees until the cheese has melted (about 10 min).

It goes well with white or green ribbon noodles.
