Instructions:

Soak the cucumbers for 12 hours and drain well.

Steam onion with vegetables in hot oil for 10 min. Add pears and extinguish with water and wine. Put ribs (or bacon) on top, simmer gently for 30 minutes. Add potatoes, do another 20 to half an hour.

Just before serving, season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Our tip: Use bacon with a subtle smoky note!
