For the vanilla tiramisu, mix vanilla qimiq with mascarpone, sugar, vanilla pulp and egg liqueur until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully. Mix the amaretto and espresso.

Layer first the cream, then the biscuits. Drizzle the biscuits with the amaretto-espresso mixture beforehand.

Finish with the cream, leave in the refrigerator for about 5 hours, but preferably overnight, and serve sprinkled with cocoa powder.
