Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Cut meat into narrow strips and finely dice the onion. Now fry meat in hot oil for five minutes. Add onion cubes and sauté briefly. Add peppercorns and dust everything together with flour.

Extinguish with beef broth. Fold in crème fraîche and bring sauce to a boil. Season with salt and paprika and sprinkle with parsley.

Serve with ribbon noodles and green leaf salad.
