A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Season, wrap with the soaked glass noodles, sauté in olive oil and cook in the stove.
Blanch the cauliflower florets in a salted water bath, drain, toss in a flake of butter and season with salt, pepper and a hint of nutmeg. For the sauce, sweat curry powder in olive oil.
Add the diced mango pulp, extinguish with the squeezed orange juice and a dash of white wine, fill up with whipped cream and cook.
Arrange everything on a flat plate and garnish with a basil leaf.
