For the vegan Easter truffles, soak the dates in rum for at least 24 hours. Drain well and mince or chop finely.

Then mix with the grated nuts and the grated orange zest and add as much cocoa until the mass is well malleable.

Form small balls and roll in coconut flakes and place in small paper molds. For children, use orange juice instead of rum, but the truffles will not keep as long.
