Instructions:

For the vegetable casserole, place frozen vegetables in a colander and run under hot water briefly. Peel and press garlic. Mix all ingredients (vegetables, sour cream, garlic, cheese) in a bowl – layer in a baking dish and cook at approx. 175 °C (hot air) for about 30 minutes.
